Return Policies
All items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Only items that are flawed or incorrectly delivered are eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving their order. All returns must be shipped back within 14 days to qualify for a full refund. Once we receive the returned order, it will be assessed, and if it meets our requirements, a refund will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds for items returned within the 14-day period will be issued to the original form of payment, excluding shipping and PayPal fees. When a complete order is returned, it will be assessed, and if it meets our requirements, a refund will be processed within 7 days.
We DO NOT accept refund or return requests for items that do not fit. Please review the size guide carefully and consult with customer service before making a purchase.
Cerise Zhane reserves the right to reject any items or refund requests that do not meet the following criteria:
- Requests made more than 3 days after the customer received the package.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact. (All returns must NOT be worn, altered, washed, or damaged.)
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please provide photos as proof in your return/refund inquiry so we can assist you effectively. This is mandatory for all inquiries; we will not resolve cases without unboxing videos.
Order Cancellations
We only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of your purchase. Any requests submitted after this period will be automatically rejected.
Refund Instructions

Customers must provide us with the tracking number to allow us to follow up on the shipment.

If the shipment is lost in transit, Cerise Zhane does not assume responsibility for tracking or locating the package. Customers are fully responsible for contacting the courier or customs to resolve any issues. No refund will be issued until we successfully receive the returned package.

All refund items must be delivered back to our warehouse. Refunds will not be processed if we do not receive the returned items or if they are damaged (worn, altered, washed, etc.). Please email us for detailed instructions.
