For all inquiries of all orders, please contact customer service if you have any questions or special orders to ensure a smooth shopping experience. 

Return Policies

All items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Only manufactured flawed/wrongly delivered items are eligible for returns/exchanges. Customers must inform us within 3 days after receiving the order. All returns must be shipped back within a 14-day period for a full refund. Once the order is returned, it will be assessed, and if it passes the requirements, a refund will be processed within 7 days. 

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to you by the original form of payment, excluding your shipping fee & PayPal fee. When the complete order is returned, the order will be assessed, and if pass the requirements, a refund will be processed within 7 days.

We DO NOT accept refund/return requests for unfit items. Please check the size guide carefully and consult with the customer service team before purchasing. 

Cerise Zhane' reserves the right to reject any items/refunds that do not meet the following requirements: 

Return/refund requests have exceeded 3 days after customers received the package.

Item is returned in original condition and with tag and original packaging. (All RETURNS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED).

IMPORTANT NOTICE Please provide photos for proof in your return/refund inquiry so we can assist you with utmost care. This is compulsory for every inquiry, and we won’t resolve cases without providing unboxing videos.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We only accept order cancellation requests within 24 hours of your purchase. We will automatically reject any request that does not meet this deadline. 

REFUND INSTRUCTIONS 

1) The customer must update us with the tracking number so we can follow up with the shipment. 
 
2) In case the shipment is lost in transit, Cerise Zhane' does not take any responsibility for tracking and finding the package. Customers must take full responsibility for contacting the courier/customs and finding the shipment. No refund will be made until we successfully receive the package.
 
3) All refund items must be delivered back to the warehouse. No refund will be made if we do not receive the returned items or receive damaged items (worn, altered, washed, etc). Please email to receive careful instructions.
